2009 SAMSUNG MOBILE AFI AWARDS NOMINEES

The nominees for the 2009 Samsung Mobile AFI Awards were announced on Wednesday 28 October 2009, at a special event held at the Chauvel Cinema, Sydney. Each year hundreds of productions enter the AFI Awards and enter a rigorous judging process that includes AFI member voting and industry professional jury meetings.

Over 350 invited guests including entrants, media, sponsors and partners plus a diverse range of industry attended. Hosted by Peter O’Brien, fellow screen stars including Jessica Marais, Saskia Burmeister and Rodger Corser helped the AFI announce this years nominees.
