Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.  Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Employees and agents of the Australian Film Institute and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 09:00 (AEST) on Wednesday 18 November 2009 and closes at 17:00 (AEST) on Wednesday 16 December 2009 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the promotion, persons must, within the Promotional Period, purchase an AFI membership and quote the promotional code CHRISTMAS or their AFI membership number at the time of purchase. A person who purchases an AFI membership and quotes the promotional code CHRISTMAS or their AFI membership number at the time of purchase is considered an ‘Entrant’ for the purposes of these terms and conditions. An Entrant will be chosen by lottery and awarded one of the prize packs.  There is a limit of one entry per Entrant.
5. Entries must be received by 17:00 (AEST) on Wednesday 16 December 2009. The draw will be conducted on Thursday, 17 December 2009 at the Promoter’s address, 236 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne.
6. The winning Entrants (“Winner”) will be notified by phone and/or email within one week of the draw. 
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-exchangeable for cash or otherwise, non-refundable and non-transferable.
9. Total of 2 prize packs available to win. Prize pack valued at $350rrp.
10. If the prize is forfeited no replacement will be offered.
11. The Promoter will collect and store information such as Entrants’ email addresses and this information will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Promoter.
